• With over 35 years in the US, I've experienced life as a Karate Instructor,
    College Professor, Graphic Designer and President of my own company.
    I must thank America for giving me the oppotunity to do all that I have done.


  • Graduated Industrial Art High School, Tokyo, Japan


    Moved to the USA to Demonstrate Karate at the New York World's Fair in 1964.

    Dropped-in and Dropped-out of the School of Visual Art in 1965.

    1966 Received Permanent U.S. Residence Status in 1966.

    Formed "Creative Center Inc" in 1970.

    Began Teaching at Pratt Institute in1978.

    Resigned from Associate Proffesor Position in 1988.

    After 8th burgulary in my Manhattan office, decided to close company and work as a Freelancer.


    KARATE INSTRUCTOR
    Shourinji Kenyukai Karate 7dan, Judo 1st Dan. Tought FBI, Marines, Army, Navy, Special Police Force, and with over 10,000 Students, Maybe some Mafia.

    PROFESSOR
    Graphic Design and Typography and at Pratt Institute visiting professor and lecturer at several other colleges.

    GRAPHIC DESIGNER
    Recieved over 130 International awards

    PRESIDENT
    20 Years of Business Operation. Found out I was not good in math.


  • Published autobiography "The Next One" Japan Times Publisher.

  • Married, Daughter and Son.

  • Reside in Greenwich, Connecticut.

  • Enjoy going back home to Japan every year for Hot Springs, Noodle Vender and to meet with old friends for a drink.

  • Hobbies: Golf (Best Score 78, HC13), Paintings, Senryu (Humorous Haiku)

  • Motto: Be optimistic. Do Not Rely on other people. Do what I want to do.

  • 5'10"(Shrinking 1/8" a year) , 180lbs. (Gaining 1 lbs a year) Black Hair (Losing 5000 hairs a year), Dark Brown Eyes .
